Dane hosts a raucus quiz night beginning at 8:30 routinely featuring 20+ teams, each getting a pitcher of beer for showing up. Food specials include CAGES Fried Chicken night featuring "Nashville Hot Chicken." It's not buffalo sauce, it's Nashville Hot! It's deep fried chicken rubbed and coated in a cayenne pepper paste. Nashville Hot Chicken has a rich history in the Southern United States, where fried chicken has been a staple food for generations. Started in the Music City in 北京快3 kitchens, it rose to prominence in the 1970's and 80's when places like Prince's Hot Chicken Shack opened and started slinging hot chicken for the local population and country music's biggest stars. Now it's here in Shanghai every Wednesday.
