That big concrete structure on the corner of Donghu/Fumin/Changle Lu is a pretty happening spot, both in terms of "lots of people drinking outside Funkadeli" and "places coming and going like it has a revolving door." Which it literally does! We've heard rumors of the whole thing being closed for like, four years, but somehow it keeps chugging along with new tenants jumping on and off. Some even land on their feet. Here's the latest in pizza, taco and burger news from the block.

The short-lived Topolino pizza is vacating its space on May 25 and taking its much longer-lived neighbor Bistro Burger with it. The landlord apparently hiked the rent and plans to (re)combine the two spaces and lease it out as one.



Topolino plans to be back sometime in June.



Two units down, there's a hoarding up for something called "8 Hearts Coffee." Probably a coffee shop? No clue.



Around the corner, Cantina Agave, beloved Cantina, is back after a refurb that was supposed to end in like March, but then, well, you know. The ThingTM. The Cocteles bar is at the back now, the TVs are on their way, and the menu has been stripped down to focus what it does real well: burritos and tacos. New specialities, like a Cumin taco and a Cali Burrito, as well as plant-based alternatives from Z-Rou. The hard shell tacos abide. Welcome北京快3 back.
